ICF Call for Proposals

Call for Proposal to be a Catalyst
ICF Global 2012
Connect. Learn. Inspire.
London, UK - October 3-6 - Novotel London West

ICF Global 2012 is an invitation to action. We want to partner with catalysts who will engage the audience in change and action, integrating and embracing the three components of our theme: "Connect. Learn. Inspire."

This global conference, aimed at professional coaches, is designed to increase our ability to connect; create new learning; and inspire reflection, change, and commitment to action in ourselves and our clients.

Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that evokes their personal and professional potential. This process is enhanced by the ability of professional coaches to connect and engage with the client and each other. By establishing deep connection, coaches support and inspire the client to generate new learning and action.

We invite you to be a catalyst to facilitate and maximize connection, learning, and inspiration at ICF Global 2012: to support coaching professionals worldwide to refresh, upgrade, and enhance our skills and approaches.

Proposals to lead a session should clearly show significant learning outcomes congruent with the standards and competencies established by ICF. It is imperative that each session leader:

  • Facilitates and advances bold, exciting, and interactive learning;
  • Explores innovative ways of being and doing in the global marketplace;
  • Catalysts reflection, change, and/or commitment to action; and
  • Contributes to a connected conference experience that inspires attendees to respond to current global and individual challenges.

How to submit a proposal:
  • Step 3: After completing the template, upload materials and share additional requested information here. ICF members should use their member log in information (select the ICF Members option). Non-ICF members will need to create a user profile prior to uploading their proposal (select the Non-Members option). Deadline to submit: 12:00 midnight (New York) on Wednesday, March 21, 2012.
