Marilee Adams, Ph.D. (USA) - View session.
Marilee Adams, Ph.D. is a best-selling author, executive coach and coach educator, organizational consultant and facilitator, and professional speaker. She is president and founder of the Inquiry Institute, a consulting, coaching, and educational organization and the originator of Question Thinking methodologies. Adam wrote Change Your Questions, Change Your Life: 10 Powerful Tools for Life and Work, a best-selling business fable about an executive coach. She wrote The Art of the Question: A Guide to Short-Term Question-Centered Therapy. She co-authored, with Dr. David Cooperrider and Dr. Marge Schiller a chapter for Advances in Appreciative Inquiry. She also has articles on expert questioning in coaching and organizational transformation.  Adam's Question Thinking work forms the core of an internal Coach Certification Program she co-designed and co-presented to over 300 executive coaches at Lockheed Martin and is also included in the best practice Leadership Alchemy program at NASA Goddard. Her books are required reading for several ICF-accredited coaching institutions. Adams is a member of the Core Faculty, Certificates in Leadership Coaching, co-sponsored by Adler International Learning and the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto. Dr. Deepa Awal, PCC, has worked with private corporations and educational institutions providing a range of services including executive coaching and leadership development, coaching based on 360-degree reviews, and organizational analyses based on surveys. Her experience includes one-on-one coaching, group coaching, engaging groups in the processes of innovation and teambuilding at the level of work teams, and conducting climate surveys to improve the effectiveness and vitality of firms at the organizational level. Awal has a Ph.D. and M.Phil. in organizational behavior and industrial psychology from NYU Stern School of Business. Daniele Bevilacqua, PCC, is an executive coach and organizational facilitator who works with leaders who want to achieve meaningful, sustainable change. His approach brings together two different and yet synchronized hearts which have evolved during 25 years of professional experience. Bevilacqua developed the first heart, practical and attentive to results, in the business world where he held different leadership positions culminating as CEO in Argentina for a Hollywood major and again as CEO in Italy for a media company. Jennifer Britton, MES, PCC, CPCC, is the author of Effective Group Coaching: Tried and Tested Tools and Resources for Optimum Coaching Results (Pfeiffer-Wiley, January 2010). With her roots as an outdoor experiential educator in Northern Canada in the late 1980s, Britton has facilitated high impact group and team sessions in 18 countries globally and many more virtually. A former global manager with the UN and other international agencies, Britton founded her company, Potentials Realized, a Canadian-based performance improvement company in 2004. Her work focuses on the areas of teamwork, leadership, performance and change with organizations. Jeremy Brown is based in Atlanta, Georgia, working for The Coca-Cola Company. He has 15 years of broad working experience covering several disciplines and geographies. He currently leads the global development of Franchise Leadership, one of three core capabilities defined by The Coca-Cola Company as being critical to its success. A foundation of curiosity, consistency and a conviction that "everyone matters" is at the core of Brown's collaborative leadership style. Having travelled to almost 70 countries and all seven continents, Brown has a strong appreciation of the value diversity can bring to any aspect life. Ariane Burgess holds an integrative and holistic worldview that sees our future as community, and draws upon aspects of ecologic, economic and social design that will allow humanity to effectively transition. Burgess is a Gaia Education certified Design for Sustainability Educator and holds a Permaculture Design certificate. Her work of the last 20 years has centered around reconnecting people to nature. As a passionate advocate for regeneration, Burgess has worked with communities in Thailand, Scotland, Canada and the U.S. to change the scarcity mythos by setting up systems of abundance and resilience. Through these initiatives, Burgess awakens the connection between one's inner and outer landscapes, both individually and in community, and inspires action and leadership. Francine Campone, MCC (USA) - View session.
Francine Campone, Ed.D, MCC, offers coaching and consulting to mature professionals making mid-life and mid-career transitions. Her practice draws on over 30 years of experience in higher and adult education and coaching, complemented by formal coach training and training in humanistic mediation, group dynamics and facilitation, and Constructive Living Practice. Campone has coached executives in the corporate, education and nonprofit sectors. The director of training for Fielding University's Evidence-Based Coaching certificate and a member of the University of Texas at Dallas faculty, Campone developed and teaches a course in research for coaches, as well as graduate classes in evidence-based coaching. Dr. Susan David, founder of Evidence Based Psychology (www.evidencebasedpsychology.com), is a business psychologist who is known internationally for her research, training programs and keynote speaking. She specializes in the application of scientific evidence-based methods to emotional intelligence, positive psychology, engagement, coaching, and high performance leadership. Barbara Fredrickson, Ph.D. (USA) -  View session. 
Barbara L. Fredrickson is Kenan Distinguished Professor of Psychology and principal investigator of the Positive Emotions and Psychophysiology Laboratory at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has published widely on emotions and positive psychology, including her broaden-and-build theory that explains how positive emotions can lead to novel, expansive or exploratory behaviors that, over time, generate meaningful, long-term resources, such as knowledge and high-quality connections with others. Fredrickson has won numerous awards for her teaching and research, including the American Psychological Association's Templeton Prize in Positive Psychology and the Society of Experimental Social Psychology's Career Trajectory Award, and is regularly invited to give keynote addresses nationally and internationally. Her book, Positivity (2009), shares the science of positive emotions with a general readership with an emphasis on how to apply it to overcome negativity and thrive.

Marita Fridjhon, MSW, CPCC, PCC, is co-owner and president of The Center for Right Relationship. She maintains an international mentor coaching practice for practitioners in the Relationship Systems field, is a consultant to several large organizations, and is a faculty member of the Coaches Training Institute. She designs and leads Relationship Systems training programs for coaches, executives, and teams. This work comes from an extensive background of clinical social work, community development, process work, family systems therapy, consulting, and alternative dispute resolution. Fuyuo Sato, PCC, CPCC, has been a school coach, giving coaching sessions to teachers and office personnel, for about five years at Kosei Gakuen Junior and Senior High School in Tokyo. Soon after he started his career as an English teacher, he began trying to find something beyond teaching because the traditional teaching style didn't seem to suit him or his students. In his exploring, he discovered coaching and he knew that it was what he had been looking for. Six months later, he started learning coaching. While he gave teachers information about coaching at his school from time to time, the school administration offered him a position to coach his colleagues. Since then, he has coached for more than 800 hours empowering teachers. As an English teacher, he surely uses coaching skills with his students in class and in counseling about how to learn. In 2008 he started to give coaching workshops to parents at the school. More than 100 parents took part in four workshops and 98 percent of them gave good feedback.
