William is a branding consultant, author and public speaker who is credited with turning the concept of personal branding into a global industry. As a personal branding pioneer, he founded Reach and created an innovative program to certify executive and career coaches in the Reach personal branding methodology. Reach Certified Personal Brand Strategists now span the globe.

William is a sought-after spokesperson on personal branding, social media and leadership. He has appeared on BBC TV, the Discovery Channel and Fox News Live and he's been featured in countless publications, including Time Magazine, the Wall Street Journal, Forbes and Entrepreneur. William is the coauthor of the bestselling book Career Distinction. He holds a master's degree in education.

Andrea (ANZPA, ASGPP, ICF) was born in Ireland and trained in the art and science of Occupational Therapy. At the age of 25, she backpacked across Asia to Australia where the art and science of authentic facilitation was revealed in its many disciplined forms-sociodrama, role training, group process and psychodrama. Whilst an advanced trainee with Australian New Zealand Psychodrama Association, Andrea established a successful organizational development company, SIC (sic), and consulted widely in Australia. Executive Coaching developed organically as an essential service in large system consulting. Since coming to the United States in 2005, Andrea has specialized in Executive and Group Coaching within the realm of leadership development and is currently completing a thesis on that subject. In 2008 a truly collaborative opportunity presented itself and the result is a spirited and lively collaboration with David Matthew Prior. This has resulted in the production of an enlivening Role Coaching model. Andrea and David have collaborated in role coaching U.S. leaders, bringing together the disciplines of coaching, role training, and leadership development. Andrea is based in San Antonio, Texas and coaches leaders in many time zones.

Randall Bell is the CEO of Bell Anderson & Sanders LLC, a consulting firm based in Laguna Beach, California. Prior to this, he founded and directed a national practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). As an economist and strategist, he is the author of Strategy 360: 10 Steps for a Creating a Complete Game Plan.

Randall sits on the Advisory Board of the Bureau of National Affairs in Washington D.C. Throughout his career, Randall has consulted in many high-profile cases ranging from the World Trade Center Site, the United Flight 93 Crash site, the OJ Simpson and Jon Benet Ramsey crime scenes, the Bikini Atoll nuclear test sites, riots, Hurricane Katrina, as well as environmental disasters thoroughout the world. A frequent speaker at events worldwide, Randall has appeared on Court TV, Entertainment Tonight, the O'Reilly Factor, CNN, Extra and every major television network. His career has been profiled in the Wall Street Journal, San Francisco Chronicle, The New York Times, the Chicago Tribune, the Los Angeles Times, US News and World Report and People Magazine.Randall has an MBA from UCLA and is a Ph.D student at Fielding Graduate University.

Dr. Robert Biswas-Diener is widely known as the "Indiana Jones" of Positive Psychology because his studies on happiness have taken him to such far flung places as Greenland, India and Kenya. He frequently publishes scholarly articles on strengths and happiness and sits on the editorial board of Journal of Positive Psychology and Coaching: An International Journal of Theory, Practice and Research. Robert is a Certified Mentor Coach and is author/co-author of Practicing Positive Psychology Coaching (2010), The Strengths Book (2010), and Happiness: Unlocking the Mysteries of Psychological Wealth (2008). Each year Robert trains over 2,000 professionals in about 15 countries.

Katrina has a track record coaching global leaders across many diverse sectors. She founded MKB Conseil & Coaching in 1994, providing coaching to global nomadic leaders, abrasive executives and to talents. She founded the Global Nomadic Leadership Development Institute and is facilitating a series of advanced international seminars on "Gaining Crucial Competitive Advantage in Global Business: Understanding Global Nomadic Leaders" in Santa Barbara, California; Geneva, Switzerland; Singapore; and Miami, Florida in 2010. She holds a Ph.D. in human and organizational systems from Fielding Graduate University and was a first Master Certified Coach in Switzerland through the International Coach Federation. Founder and past Board Member of ICF Switzerland and on the editorial board of The International Journal of Coaching in Organizations. Cynthia Loy Darst is passionate about raising the bar on quality in the profession of coaching. One of the first to gain the designation of MCC from the ICF, Cynthia was a founding member of the Professional and Personal Coaches Association (PPCA) and the ICF. She was one of the first leaders for both Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and the Center for Right Relationship. A favorite in the coaching world, she delivered "Celebration, Metaphor and Magic" to a standing room only crowd at the 2005 San Jose ICF Annual International Conference, and delighted her coaching colleagues in 2006 at the St. Louis ICF conference with her demonstration of MCC level coaching. Nora Herting (USA) - Graphic recording artist for Global Conversations
Nora draws on her background as a fine artist and art educator to enable her to visualize ideas as a graphic recorder. She has been helping make complex ideas visible for over five years. She is co-founder of ImageThink, a graphic recording firm. Nora holds a Masters in Fine Arts at the Ohio State University and taught photography and new media arts at The Ohio State University and Denison University. When not graphic recording, Nora can be found making fine art photography at her home in New York. She has exhibited her photographs across the United States and abroad.

Robert is the Meehan Professor of Adult Learning and Professional Development at the Harvard University Graduate School of Education. The recipient of numerous honorary degrees and awards, his 30 years of research and writing on adult development have influenced the practice of coaching, psychotherapy, management, and leadership; and impacted the disciplines of psychology, education, theology, literary criticism, medicine, and political science.

His seminal books, The Evolving Self and In Over Our Heads, have been published in several languages throughout the world. Peter is the program director and assistant professor of communications at Asbury University in Wilmore, Kentucky USA. He is also a small business owner and president of KerrCommunications, providing worldclass training for media engagement, public relations, crisis planning, public speaking, international communications, and leadership improvement. He holds a Bachelor of Science in human factors engineering and in human behavior/leadership from the U.S. Air Force Academy, a Master of Arts in communications from the University of Washington, and a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary.

Peter has traveled extensively to more than 50 countries on six continents and speaks six languages. He has worked with nearly every large national and international media outlet including CNN, NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX, BBC, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, NPR, London Times, Der Spiegel, and Aljazeera. Peter was responsible for all media relations in Washington D.C. during the 2004 Ronald Reagan State Funeral, and led the media training team at the Pentagon for two years. He has trained hundreds of leaders including White House officials, politicians, military generals, CEOs, communications directors and non-profit leaders. His experiences include presenting the $110 billion U.S. Air Force budget to the D.C. press corps, negotiating with U.S. embassies and foreign military leaders in the Middle East, and being published in numerous newspapers, magazines, and academic journals. More recently, he served as the Chief Media Liaison Officer for Outdoor Games in Beijing for the 2008 Olympics and is currently a candidate for the Kentucky State House of Representatives.

Sonja Lyubomirsky (A.B., Harvard, summa cum laude; Ph.D., Stanford) is professor of psychology at the University of California, Riverside ( www.faculty.ucr.edu/~sonja). Her research-on the possibility of permanently increasing happiness - has been honored with a Science of Generosity grant, a Templeton Positive Psychology Prize, and a million-dollar grant from The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH). Sonja's 2008 book, The How of Happiness: A Scientific Approach to Getting the Life You Want (Penguin Press, www.thehowofhappiness.com) has been translated into 18 languages .  Her work has been written up in hundreds of magazine and newspaper articles, and she has appeared in multiple TV shows, and feature documentaries in North America, South America, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.

Louise is the originator of Vocal Intelligence, a specialized understanding of the mind-body-voice connection. Louise developed the concept and strategies behind Vocal Intelligence in her ground-breaking, award-winning Ph.D .research. As  a translator between the creative world of the performance arts and the world of business, Louise has identified a "missing" piece in organizational and personal development: voice as a thermometer of change.

Louise began her journey into the voice in her years as an international opera soloist. After performing as a soloist with the Vienna State Opera, Louise moved into the corporate realm, where she quickly rose through the ranks of management. Sensing that there was more to her journey, and that there was a way to combine her knowledge about voice from the arts and her experiences in the corporate world, Louise embarked on a multi-disciplinary Ph.D. to research her passion. The results are in the remarkable depth of her topic, Vocal Intelligence.

Terrence is a seasoned professional with over 26 years of diverse experience as a sales professional, sale management, external and internal organizational effectiveness consultant, thought leader and educator. Terrence came to Teachers College, Columbia University, after two years of running his own consulting practice, Organizational Effectiveness Consulting and Coaching (Ofx), where he participated in the co-creation of research-based solutions with clients in the area of strategy formulation, organization and leadership development, workplace diversity, all focused on a collaborative and coaching approach. He is currently the Faculty Director for the Columbia Coaching Certification Program and provides coaching and consulting services to both Corporate and University-based Executive Development clients focused on high impact leadership informed by emotional, social, and cultural intelligence. Terrence's research interests include strategic organizational learning, leadership development, diversity/cultural competence, and high-impact coaching. He is the recipient of the Academy of Human Resources Development's Malcolm S. Knowles Dissertation of the Year Award and was on a team presented with the Global Forum Best Symposium Award: Where's The Reflection in Action Learning? Academy of Management, Management Education and Development Division.

Pat is a very experienced ICF Professional Certified Coach coach with degrees and certificates in business, public administration, counseling, coaching, and supervision. Teaching adults at the post secondary level since 1984 led to her interest in coach formation; she has taught, trained, mentored and assessed hundreds of coaches since 2006. Pat's private coaching practice clients include worldwide leaders and coaches (to whom she now offers supervision).

Pat is a founding member and past president of the ICF Chapter in Tucson, Arizona, USA. As chair, she takes responsibility for leading the global ICF Credentialing Committee through the critical first year of a complete analysis of the credentialing system in light of the future of the profession.

Moore_MargaretMargaret Moore, MBA (USA) - View session
Margaret or "Coach Meg" is a 17-year veteran of the biotechnology industry in the UK, Canada, United States, and France. She served in executive roles at three companies which later joined AstraZeneca or SanofiAventis, and as CEO and COO of two early stage biotech companies.

In 2000, Margaret shifted from the high-tech side of medicine to coaching, prevention, and well-being and founded Wellcoaches Corporation - strategic partner of the American College of Sports Medicine, now a standard-bearer for training and credentialing professional coaches in healthcare.

Margaret is co-director of the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School, and co-director of the annual Harvard Medical School Coaching in Healthcare & Leadership Conference. She is co-chairing two national teams, one is developing national standards and certification for health and wellness coaches, and the other is developing a coaching research strategy in healthcare. She is the lead author of the first coaching textbook in healthcare, the Coaching Psychology Manual published by Lippincott, Williams, & Wilkins in 2009. She publishes blogs at Psychology Today and The Huffington Post.

Maria is a licensed clinical psychologist, Master Certified Coach, author, international lecturer, and founder of the Academy for Coaching Excellence. Her ground-breaking training programs, fine-tuned over 20 years, prepare people in different professions to use coaching skills in every day life. She is devoted to supporting others in achieving their goals with clarity, focus, ease and grace. 

Maria has 30 years of experience in design and delivery of training programs for public, private and non-profit centers and she also has 20 years of experience in coaching and counseling individuals and organizations. After 18 years of developing and leading coach training programs Maria founded the Academy for Coaching Excellence. In addition to her overseeing the Academy, Maria presents at conferences and organizations worldwide.

He is a Certified Professional Coach with over 5,000 hours of Executive and Team Coaching in different projects for multinational organizations in Argentina, Uruguay, Perú, Chile, Brazil, México and EEUU. He is a member of Society for Organizational Learning, an international learning community funded and chaired by Peter Senge. Omar works with the Matríztica School of Santiago as partner and facilitator. He participates in the Project Ethical Matrix for Human Habitat, with the Matríztica and Peter Senge teams.

At the invitation of Julio Olalla, he took part in the 2006 and 2007 Annual World Conventions of The Newfield Network and conducted workshops utilizing Aiki training dynamics. In 2007 and 2008, he delivered Business Coaching and Coaching for Coaches programs at the Tecnológico of Monterrey, Querétaro Campus. He developed the Aiki Training project. This program, which articulates Aikido philosophy- the organization as a linguistic phenomenon and coaching as a managing style-was given at the Entrepreneurs Club, with Dr. Fernando Flores, in Chile in 1999 and 2000. Omar graduated as sensei third dan in Aikido with Sensei Masafumi Sakanashi, sixth dan, and Sensei Yosimitsu Yamanda, eighth dan, with the international certification of Hombu Dojo Japan.
