The 2009 Annual International Conference is a uniquely designed opportunity  to connect, exchange ideas and explore future opportunities. Global conversations will naturally occur around meal tables and during receptions offering coaches a rich time to network and collaborate over delicious foods prepared by resort staff.

The following breakfasts, luncheons and receptions will be held at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort.

Opening Welcome Reception
Wednesday, December 2, 7:30 - 8:00 p.m. | 19:30 - 20:00
Excitement will fill the air at the opening reception as attendees arrive with anticipation. This reception is the best way to start off your ICF Conference experience. Use this perfect opportunity to catch up with old friends and acquaintances, make some new ones, and launch some productive networking for the action-packed three days ahead. More details to come.  *cash bar

Table Topic Luncheon - Submit a Topic for Discussion
Thursday, December 3, 12:30 - 2:00 p.m. | 12:30 - 14:00
Special Interest Group (SIG) leaders and attendees wishing to connect with coaches with similar interests are welcome to submit a request for their specific topic of discussion. Download and return the request form to ICF prior to October 15, 2009. General seating will be available for those not wishing to partake in discussions. This is not an opportunity to conduct product/program sales. Requests from exhibiting companies will not be accepted and ICF reserves the right to refuse requests. Click here to download the topic request form.

Networking Expo Reception & Author Book Signing Extravaganza
Thursday, December 3, 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. | 17:30 - 19:30
A highlight of conference is this exceptional networking event with coaches from around the world. Talk to exhibitors and learn about the latest coaching products and services to grow your business. Browse the bookstore filled with titles selected by ICF member coaches, make a purchase and get your book signed during the Author Book Signing Extravaganza. This event is an opportunity to gain both valuable global business contacts and timely information. Heavy hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar will be offered throughout the night. *cash bar

"Dancing in the Moment" Celebration
Friday, December 4, 9:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. | 21:00 - 23:00
Dine out at one of Orlando's excellent restaurants of your choice and afterward stop by to end your night with desserts, snacks, dancing and beverages at this fun celebration.  *cash bar

Special Meal Requests
ICF will accommodate requests for the following dietary needs when notified prior to October 23, 2009 -  for breakfasts and luncheons only. Please make sure to select one of the following options from the meal preference drop-down list in the online registration form. As the terms "vegan" and "vegetarian" vary regionally around the globe, definitions have been provided for purposes of correctly ordering a special conference meal: 

• Vegetarian - a diet which excludes beef, poultry, pork and fish/shellfish.
• Vegan - a diet which excludes beef, poultry, pork, fish/shellfish and any other animal product or bi-product (cheese, eggs, etc.).
• Kosher - these are pre-packaged meals prepared off-site in accordance with Jewish law and reheated in their original packaging by the resort. 
• Wheat/Gluten Free - eliminates such foods as wheat, rye, oats, cabbage,and other foods which are rich in gluten.

Please note any food allergies in the "special request" field and ICF will attempt to make the necessary arrangements. ICF will contact you in November to discuss further if necessary.
