ICF Conferences are a symphony of experience, thought and feeling. But how do you summarize what you are learning and figure out how to apply it to your business and your life, without getting overwhelmed?
This lively and highly-interactive Call to Action session is a great opportunity to synthesize the Conference sessions and discussions you have attended, and create an action development plan to implement and integrate the new ideas and tips. Using accountability partners, masterminding techniques and your Call to Action worksheet, you will create a plan to put into action immediately.
In this three-hour session, you will:
1. Review your goals for the conference;
2. Learn three masterminding techniques;
3. Create your Action Plan using masterminding;
4. Prioritize which Action Items to implement in the first 90 days; and
5. Find accountability partners among conference participants and coaching colleagues.
We will be using the power of mastermind groups in this session to brainstorm new possibilities, find clarity on challenges, make decisions, percolate ideas, tap creativity, and garner support and encouragement. There is synergy of energy, commitment and excitement that participants bring to a mastermind group. Mastermind groups are made up of peers working together to support each others success.
The beauty of mastermind groups is that participants raise the bar by challenging each other to create and implement goals, brainstorm ideas, and support each other with total honesty, respect and compassion. Mastermind group members act as catalysts for growth, devil's advocates and supportive colleagues.
You'll gain tremendous insights which improve your business and personal life. Your mastermind group is like having an objective board of directors, a success team, and a peer advisory group, all rolled into one.
Come to the Call to Action session and walk away with a plan and a partner!

Part 1: Packaging Coaching Services at the High End
Most coaches would like to charge more for their services, but just raising prices won't automatically take a coaching practice to a higher level. What coaches need to work on is positioning their services to deliver more value so that they are not only making more money, but making a bigger impact with their clients.
In this workshop, Robert Middleton will explore how to have a paradigm shift in how you both market and deliver your services. If you could work with your ideal clients, help them produce results at a much higher level, while absolutely loving what you do, you'd transform your coaching practice.
To do this, you need to answer these two vital questions: 1) What is the mindset necessary to make such a shift? And 2) How can you restructure your coaching services to make more money in less time while producing results at a higher level?
Middleton will share his models and approaches for packaging coaching services at the high end, while giving examples that you can emulate in your coaching practice.
Part 2: Using Strategy Sessions to Sell Coaching Services
One of the most important tools to use in the marketing process to convert coaching prospects into coaching clients is what Robert Middleton calls "Strategy Sessions."
A Strategy Session is an appointment, held under favorable conditions, with a qualified prospect ready to explore moving their life or their business to the next level. These are not "free coaching sessions," but conversations that result in new clients making a commitment to work with you as their coach.
Middleton asserts that the main purpose of marketing is not to get clients but to set up Strategy Sessions. This is what you need to focus on, and what you design all your marketing strategies to accomplish.
In this workshop Middleton will discuss the many ways to set up Strategy Sessions with qualified prospects and the step-by-step process of successfully conducting these Strategy Sessions to grow your business.
