Tom Hatton, PCC
Tom Hatton’s background is in management within the hospitality sector; initially with a number of international hotel groups, culminating in ownership and director of his own hotel and guesthouse. His area of focus and expertise lay within the people and human resource areas, and in particular building highly efficient and dynamic teams, leveraging the richness of cultural diversity to create profound change.
Tom re-orientated his life around coaching after his introduction in 1999 to Thomas Leonard, founder of Coach U. He has fine tuned his art and craft since this time.
He is one of the founding directors of the Irish Chapter of The International Coach Federation (ICF) and is immediate President. He is the first person in Ireland to receive the accreditation of PCC from the ICF. He founded his own coaching practice in 2001.
In coaching, Tom continues to utilise his expertise in the creation of dynamic workplace environments, with its foundations set within the Newfield Ontological model.
His list of clients is in the areas of: Banking, Finance, Legal, Real–Estate, Management, Pharmaceutical (all at executive level) and Project Management.
