Søren Holm, PCC
Vice President

Søren Holm is one of the most experienced and well known coaches in the Nordic region and a dedicated advocate for coaching and ICF.

Søren has a university degree in behavioral sciences and worked as a trainer, manager, CEO, speaker and organizer from 1983, mostly in volunteer, non-profit organizations. He started his own consulting company in 1996, working with leadership development, team training and organizational development.

In 1997, he began training with CoachU, as their first Nordic student and was off on coaching! Today, Søren offers training in Core Competencies for Leaders and builds on that training with high level coaching to truly grow leaders.

Søren was one of the founders of the Nordic Coach Federation. He built the large Stockholm chapter, and served as President of NCF in 2002. In 2003, he joined the ICF board where he presently serves as Vice President.

Søren is married, with two amazing, almost grown, children. They live on a small island in the beautiful Stockholm archipelago.
