Eva Wong, MCC ew

Ms. Eva Wong is the Chairperson and President of TopHuman, which was founded in Canada in 1995 and has been expanding globally for the past 11 years, taking her to China, the USA, Russia, Europe, Singapore and Malaysia. As the head coach of TopHuman, Eva developed the REN Coaching Model©, which is a fusion of the Eastern philosophies of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, and Western coaching models. Over the past 11 years, it is a model that has been practiced and applied by more than 100,000 people. Eva has been invited to participate in and be a keynote speaker in conferences held worldwide. She has also had repeat invitations to Harvard University as a visiting scholar. Eva is the world's first Chinese accredited MCC coach, and she is also a board member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). She currently serves as president of China Coach Association (CCA).

Eva is the co-author of The Power of Ren and The REN Coaching Model, translator of The Power of Experiential Learning and also a member of the editorial board of the Journal of International Corporate Coach. In terms of community services, she is the founder of the Talent of People Foundation and the Heart Chorus program, which has been active in more than 300 schools throughout Greater China, benefiting some 120,000 students, parents and teachers.

Eva graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in Management and obtained a Master of Counseling from the University of New England, Australia. She did post-graduate studies in the leadership program for educators at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, and was formerly a commercial officer at the South China Trade Office of the Canadian Embassy in China. She is also a life member of the World Outstanding Chinese Foundation and has been elected as one of China's 100 Outstanding Women Entrepreneurs by the China Women's Federation, and China Alliance of Women Entrepreneurs.
