Refund Request

Cancellations must be received in writing by September 13, 2008 to qualify for a refund.  Please complete the 2008 Refund Request Form located below.

  • Cancellations received between May 1-August 13 will qualify for a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee
  • Cancellations received between August 14-September 13 will qualify for a refund minus a $250 cancellation fee
  • Cancellations received after September 13 will not qualify for a refund

No-shows will not qualify for a refund of fees.  One-Day Pass and Workshop fee(s) are non-refundable.  Note:  Hotel deposits and out-of-pocket expenses are not refundable.

Cancellation Due to Medical Condition
Cancellations due to a medical condition will receive a refund minus a $50 administrative fee, if made by November 30, 2008.  You may upload a physician's statement written on the physician's letterhead on the form below.  Note:  Hotel deposits and out-of-pocket expenses are not refundable.  Refunds will not be processed for requests received after November 30th.

Transfers/Substitutions
Substitutions for paid registrants can be made through October 24 by submitting an email request to icfconference@coachfederation.org.  Changes can also be made onsite by presenting a letter on company letterhead detailing your substitution.  Substitutions made from an individual member to a non-member will render the member discount void.  No penalty will be applied for substitutions.
