Every meaningful communication involves a connection on three levels, the mind, body and spirit. This certainly includes the communications between coach and client.
Masterful coaching requires being in present moment and holding the sacred space, for both coachee and coach. In this highly evocative and unique double session, three presenters representing very different perspectives and voices invite you on a magical mystery tour at the intersection of Spirit and not knowing, wholeness and integration. How can and does this impact our commitment to honor the client’s agenda, to release our desire to control, to stay in the present moment, and be comfortable with the not knowing? These and more are questions we all face on our journey to mastery.
Expect juicy conversation and experiential process instead of lecture. Come prepared to have beliefs challenged and expanded. You may have your “pot stirred” as we explore:
- The role of Spirit in coaching.
- How the need to control shows up in coaching – and how it limits your willingness not to know.
- What it means to embody wisdom and access wholeness.
- How body, mind and spirit inform - and transform - the coach and the coaching.
- Moving beyond discussion to ground, integrate and anchor these concepts in our lives and our work.

Genius is a powerful concept. It is beyond purpose, beyond our passion, more than the fulfillment of our potential. It is based in the deeply spiritual place of our calling.
Accessing and expanding our genius as coaches allows us more confidence to model what our clients deeply desire. More than that, it can serve as a beacon to remind us of why we do what we do; and sustain us with remaining connected to our inner spark throughout the pressures of daily life.
Seeing our clients' brilliance is a de facto part of coaching; inviting their connection with and embracing of their own genius is central to the path of mastery in coaching. When we as coaches live from our own genius and invite this from our clients, outcomes can be truly transformational.
Solidly based in the latest research from Harvard University, this session will invite you to reframe great coaching. The "Genius Journey" supports integration of head, heart and soul; this impactful connection grounds our Truth.
As we all know, coaches are called to "walk the talk" and be the change they desire to see in the world. This session invites you to:
-
Shift, significantly, how you perceive and access genius, for yourself and your clients.
-
Connect or reconnect your Mind-Heart-Soul purpose for doing what you do.
-
Live your truth, your purpose and your own coaching genius.
-
Experience in your core essence the concept of "wholeness" and your personal brilliance for truly sustainable results – in your practice and in your life!
To consistently live your truth, your purpose and your own coaching genius through the use of practical tools, take "the Genius Journey." This process connects our head, heart and soul to ground our truth and ensures persistence in our coaching, even in the toughest situations.
Attendees will connect or re-connect their Mind-Heart-Soul purpose for doing what they do, to enable them to be in their power in every coaching encounter!

Deep listening requires all our senses, plus our ability to be open and available without merging with our client's issues. We can increase our sensitivity and awareness with practices to support and expand our own development, as well as provide skills to deepen our work with clients. The practices you experience in this session will build somatic awareness, energetic control, and ultimately strength of purpose, access to wisdom, and authentic self-expression. In this session you will learn:
- Body scanning;
- Levels of breathing and their uses;
- Extending length, width and depth;
- Expanding to get bigger instead of contracting;
- How to use these practices with clients on the phone
The session will be interactive, with demonstrations, descriptions and experiential practice and feedback. You will leave with deepened awareness for yourself as well as new ways to work with your clients.
Manifesting the Invisible Dimension of Positive Mental Attitude. Witness It and Work With It!
Saturday, Nov. 15 - 2 - 3:30 pm / 14:00 - 15:30

CCEU: 1.5 personal development
You will be amazed. Come and witness what you have never seen: The invisible effect of mental attitude on body energy. Discover how to be a more effective speaker, a better life partner, a more powerful coach, a super friend.
This session may expand your understanding of the interactions between mind, body and personal energy fields. Worth's amazing secret is a discovery made accidentally while renovating his farmhouse in France 15 years ago. Since that discovery, he has stunned people on three continents with this visual demonstration that the way we think impacts our physical being and clearly affects our relationship to anything alive around us.
In sessions in which Worth has revealed this intriguing phenomenon, many participants have come back to him with testimonials of changed relationships in all areas of life. One example of Worth's message occurred at Tokyo's busy Shinjuku train station, where 4 million people pass daily. Worth encouraged a visiting friend, reluctant to enter, to "Think about not hitting anyone and no one will touch you." She went through the dense crowd untouched.
Coaches often encounter clients with feelings of frustration, anger, disappointment, fear, and doubts about their ability to reach deeply desired goals. We're also aware of people who seem to generate negativity about them.
Participants in this session will:
-
See a dramatically revealing demonstration and have the opportunity to experience for themselves, the power of positive and negative thoughts on personal energy fields.
-
Explore through interactive discussion, mind/body interactions and the implications for the coaching process.
-
Expand their understanding of how powerfully attitudes and thoughts can impact not only our experiences, but also how others perceive and respond to us.
Join us in this intriguing session to hear how Worth came to discover this amazing fact, and learn how you can apply this in your own life and with any type of client.

Eleanor Rosch, the pre-eminent psychologist from the University of California at Berkeley, speaks of analytic and primary knowing. Analytic knowing stops at the mental field of learning. Primary knowing treats the mental, physical, and intuitive/spirit aspects of learning as interconnected wholes that create unconditional value. Rosch treats the mind, body, and spirit as equal and necessary access points for complete learning and evolution. Mastery and then renewal of these access points is critical for all coaches in order to become whole learners from and witnesses to their clients and to themselves. In this opening place, Master Coaches Peter Szabo and Margaret Krigbaum invite you to prepare your mind, body, and spirit as if this were the beginning of a new and surprising journey in your personal learning and in your coaching. Through a coaching demo and other adventures, you will get ready to meet what comes beyond your best hopes and most important challenges. The path will unfold your learning at this conference and your work for the next year or more. Peter and Margaret will integrate what you have learned at conference and its relation to your coaching and evolutionary work in Part II, which will be the last breakout of this track.
