Abstract

This session will provide a comprehensive view into successful internal coaching programs. The presentation will demonstrate real-life examples of the effort, commitment and results of how internal coaching programs are created inside a corporation. We will start by sharing data collected from over 30 companies that house internal coaching programs. In addition, there will be a component where three organizations will be profiled and participants will be able to actively question the panel.

Participants will leave the session with an in-depth understanding of the experience of being the founder and/or involved in a corporate sponsored coaching program. These true case studies provide guidance, direction and steps taken and lessons learned to corporate coaches (internal and external) who would like to or are building or engaging in an internal coaching program

Objectives

  • To gain insight in the impact of Internal Coaching in today's high performing organizations
  • To discuss the 2004 ICF Internal Coach survey and interpret the findings and future trends
  • To learn lessons from a panel of Internal Coaches who share their success stories
