Sun Microsystems applied Six Sigma methodology to create a global executive coaching program. Learn how Sun went from using over fifty coaching vendors to six globally approved vendors. Hear how an online dynamic bidding event resulted in a successful negotiation process, and how a performance quality scorecard was created to monitor the success of every coaching engagement. BONNIE DAVIS works in Human Resources at Sun Microsystems where she partners with executives to help their business succeed in many areas including executive coaching. Prior to Sun, Bonnie was an external HR consultant. She has a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and currently teaches at the University of Colorado.

CLAUDIA KING works in the Executive Development Group at Sun Microsystems. She is the HR Program Manager for the Executive Coaching program. Prior to this position, Claudia was on an international assignment in The Netherlands for Sun for three years. She has a Master's Degree in Instructional Design from San Jose State.
