Abstract

The world needs leaders in transforming consciousness...and coaching is a critical vehicle for that transformation. Underneath day-to-day accountability, coaching asks clients and client groups to be more aware of their intention, their choices, their intelligence patterns and strategies...asks them to be more conscious. This workshop presents two big picture models that speak to changing the consciousness of the world to meet the increasing need to embrace chaos AND order, be responsible AND free, to honor AND surpass our history.

Objectives

  • Participants will be introduced to Ken Wilbers Four Corners of the Kosmos model
  • Participants will be conversant with Don Beck's Spiral Dynamics Integral model
  • Within the context of these Integral Models, participants will explore their own values set and coaching strategies
