ED ALLEN. Rear Admiral Ed Allen USN (Ret.), is Vice President Oracle Corporation responsible for Defense e-Business solutions and Oracle's Leadership/Executive Coaching initiative. His 30-year U.S. Navy career included six operational commands, including the aircraft carrier USS Coral Sea(CV-43). Awards include the John Paul Jones Award for Inspirational Leadership, and Tailhooker of the Year Award. Ed's certifications include Executive Coach, Masters NLP, Legacy Leadership and Winslow Behavior Specialist. His coaching focus is Senior Executives and leading Leadership Transformation initiatives.

MARK CAPPELLINO is a leadership consultant and executive coach with 20 years experience as a leader in private business. He has held the positions of Manufacturing Supervisor, Business Unit Leader, VP Sales and Marketing, and most recently was the Director of Organizational Development for a $450 million, multinational manufacturing company.
