Abstract

How do Executives address the burning issue of integrity in today's corporation? How do we as Executive Coaches coach them to do so? Join us for a lively discussion and a real-time, experiential, team-building workshop demonstration where they elicit and employ core values as a context for decision-making. We will show you how to craft a workshop on the subject of integrity that will serve your clients well and establish a coaching strategy for a long-term coaching engagement.

Objectives:

  • The participant will be able to articulate the concept of integrity, the impact it has on the corporation, and how it ties to core values.
  • The participant will be able to coach an executive and executive team to elicit core values
  • The participant will be able to coach an executive team through a workshop whereby the core values are agreed upon and the key behaviors for each are identified.
