Abstract

This group proposes to encourage the ICF executive coaching community to see this dialog as an annual ICF Executive Coaching Track event. Towards this end, the session will aim at recruiting the next panel team, themes and offer everyone a "call to action." This call is aimed at holding further learning, credibility and excellence in the highest regard. Additionally, we expect newer EC coaches to feel mentored and more seasoned EC coaches to step up to a mentoring role.
