Abstract

What defines a creative client? What defines an ADHD client? Where do they share some of the challenges? Understanding the latest in chemistry and brain wiring, understanding the reward cascade, will open up new possibilities for coaching these clients and all of your clients. This seminar will help you distinguish the needs, challenges and strengths of these clients; learn creative strategies and tools for coaching them; and decide when and where to refer.

Objectives

  • Identify and distinguish the different characteristics of a creative client and an ADHD client
  • Identify the coaching stages of the client and what skills are necessary to effectively coach the client toward progress
  • Identify one of these client's strengths
  • Identify at least three of these client's needs
