Eva is President, Chief Trainer, and Executive Coach of Top Human Technology Limited. Eva is also the ICF Regional Leader for China Region, Editorial Board Member of the International Journal of Coaching in Organizations and Life Member of the World Outstanding Chinese Foundation.

ALAIN CARDON, MCC, is the author of ten books at the Editions d'Organisation (PARIS), consultant and coach. Presently director of Méta-Système France. He was the President of Transformation S.A. and Méta-Système S.A. between 1976 and 1998. Both were training and consulting organizations now transformed into a network of international independent consultants. In addition, he is Cofounder of Mozaik International Consultants (Paris). Co-founder of Metasystem Consulting Group Inc. (New York).His current professional activity is focused on transition management and executive team coaching (1985-today).

SEE LUAN FOO, PCC is a Singapore-based Business and Personal Coach; his clients include both executive and entrepreneurs/small business owners, local, regional and international.  See Luan's coaching philosophy revolves around "plenty to live for and plenty to live on" He is President of the Singapore Chapter of ICF.

NADJESCHDA HEBENSTREIT, ACC, is president of the German ICF chapter and has been a member of the organizing team of the three ICF European Coaching Conferences 2001, 2002, and 2003. She is managing director of the Success Club ltd., an international coaching company specializing in small businesses and solopreneurs. Nadjeschda's passion lies in supporting her self-employed clients in living authentic lives and running successful businesses.

STEPHEN FAIRLEY is the bestselling author of Getting Started in Personal and Executive Coaching and president of Today's Leadership Coaching (www.TodaysLeadership.com). As an international speaker and Small Business Coach, he specializes in working with entrepreneurs and business owners to rapidly increase revenues and find new clients fast. Stephen has been recognized by CoachVille as "America's Top Marketing Coach" and featured in Entrepreneur, Inc, the Chicago Tribune and on the front covers of Choice and AdvantEdge magazines.

STEFAN LAMMERS is the founder of the management consultancy Stefan Lammers Business Building, focusing on management for success, management and sales consultancy and business services for the Chinese market. With his partner Sylvia Becker-Hill, PCC, he founded Coachcenter in 2003. He is one of the few German coaches to be certified by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is an ICF Chapter Leader for Rhine/Ruhr.

WENDY SAGE-HAYWARD has worked as an executive coach and leadership development consultant in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada for the past 16 years. She is a co-founder of Concentrix Solutions Inc., a boutique firm specializing in building conscious leadership. Her education credentials include a BA in organizational psychology, MA in Counseling Psychology, CTI's co-active coaching program, and the Newfield Network Leadership and Organizational Change program. She works in a variety of sectors including high tech, utilities, insurance, banking and crown corporations. She teaches at the Sauder School of Business—Executive Education at University of British Columbia.

CHRISTINE MCDOUGALL, MCC, works with leaders who choose the path of conscious evolution. Her clients are successful, entrepreneurial, and mature enough to ask life's big questions. Christine has been actively coaching in Australia for seven years. Christine's passion for coaching has resulted in her being on the ICF Board of Directors (5 years), on the editorial Board of the IJCO, a founding member of the ICOC, and inaugural President of the ICF Australasia.
