Organizational restructuring is the new constant in the OD equation. Internal and external corporate coaches will participate in the review of a case study of Verizon's recent labor negotiation and the launch of a voluntary retirement program, which created a significant reorganization in the management team. Learn how a host of Human Resources directors and managers experienced and used coaching to quickly recalibrate their attention and focus.

Objectives

  • Establish the value of coaching through significant organizational change
  • Introduce the innovative approaches used by external coaches to respond to the company's rapidly changing needs
