Come and explore, in an interactive session, one proven approach and set of tools that two seasoned business executives and coaches have developed to accomplish these goals.

Author Bios

ED MAIER joined the coaching profession after thirty-four years experience in professional services. He coaches and mentors executives in areas related to business productivity improvement, leadership development, client relationships, corporate governance and ethics. He has lectured at the University of Iowa and is an adjunct professor at DePaul University. He is a mentor for Menttium Corporation and The Executives Club of Chicago and coaches at the Career Transition Center (Chicago).

RENATA VISKANTA has twenty years of corporate and management consulting experience in the areas of leadership and organization development, executive coaching and change management. Related to coaching, she also serves as both a mentor and Board member of Menttium Corporation, dedicated to the development of talented women through cross-country partnerships.She also serves as a volunteer coach for several nonprofit organizations.
