Abstract

Organizations are being more intentional and strategic in their use of coaching. They want a consistent, high quality approach that delivers results. The panel members are all actively engaged in introducing integrated coaching systems into organizations such as Cisco Systems, IBM, and a variety of other hi-tech and biotech companies. They use different models, with different emphasis on internal vs. external coaches. All are highly successful and will be sharing their collective wisdom. This panel presentation and interactive discussion will be invaluable for coaches considering introducing coaching systems, as well as those interested in being providers.

Objectives

  • In order to provide optimal coaching services to their employees, what are companies looking for now? What's important to them?
  • Whether delivering external or facilitating internal coaching systems, or a mixture of the two, how do you ensure consistency and quality of service?
  • What do coaches need to understand in order to "play" in this arena?
