These web pages and the CD-ROM contain all the materials for presentations and schedules submitted through October 21, 2004.

How to use the CD-ROM

The CD-ROM was created with Windows (Joliet), Macintosh (HFS) and Unix (Rockridge) file systems. Using your web browser, open the file "ICF_2004_Proceedings.html" in the root directory of the volume.

Notes on the CD-ROM directory and icons

If your Windows or Macintosh system does not "see" icons you can double click to open, or, if you wish to use an application other than the one associated with a file, then drag the file's icon onto the application icon or open the application and use its Open dialogue box to open the file.

The International Coach Federation (ICF)

The ICF is an international nonprofit organization that is actively involved in researching and developing programs to serve coaches, their clients, and the greater coaching community. The ICF has developed and implemented a comprehensive credentialing program to

  • Strengthen the coaching profession and build a solid foundation of proactive self-regulation.
